We have been helping Clevemont and its apostolates since 1963 when it opened its doors and welcomed us in on 36th Street in Washington, D. C.
We are women in MD and DC who, while not being part of the Prelature of Opus Dei, help in their apostolates in various ways. Some of us are non-Catholics or non-Christians who appreciate the spirit of the Work, its love for freedom and for understanding people of every creed, its love for all.
Many of us participate in the means of Christian formation that the Prelature offers. Also, we may be involved in various activities such as conferences, schools, book clubs, camps and professional development workshops.
Some of us might live in a location beyond Maryland where there is no center of Opus Dei.
Where is Clevemont Center?
It is conveniently located just a few blocks from the Tenleytown Metro stop on the Red Line, and just across from the American University Law School, adjacent to Yuma DC at 4101 Yuma Street, Washington, DC 20016
